Happy Labor Day weekend! With some extra time around the house, perhaps you’ve been wanting to reclaim your crafty space by doing a little organizing. And what better place to start than the bookshelf.

Here are some crafty bookshelves that we love.

1. New Bookshelf, 2. Cool bookshelf, 3. The coolest bookshelf ever, 4. Wall Crates, 5. Invisible Bookshelf, 6. Clever Bookshelf

Bookshelf Love

How cute would your craft books look piled onto that branch? The invisible shelf in photos 1 and 5 is also a clean, fun look. And you can’t go wrong with simple wall boxes for keeping clutter off the floor and creating a design element and focal point for the room.

Coming up this week . . . our first Q&A of Craft Book Month, where we’ll dive into some of the particular of publishing a book. We can’t wait!

Winners: The winners of the Pattern Patti Giveaway are now posted here and have been contacted via e-mail. We had a total of 114 entries to win these cute sewing patterns. For another chance to win your choice of 2 Pattern Patti patterns, visit the Craft Book Month linky party.

Lindsay

Hi, I’m Lindsay Conner, an author, modern quilter, editor, and founder of the Lindsay Sews blog. I’m a Baby Lock ambassador and Stash Books author who loves writing modern sewing and quilt patterns for beginners and weekend sewists! I live in Indianapolis, Indiana with my husband, son, and two loveable cats, Murph and Chloe. I’ve been crafting for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I saved my dollar bills for trips with my mom to Jo-Ann Fabrics, where I’d find new floss for friendship bracelets or mini cross-stitch kits. Because my mom has always shared my love for crafting, she bought me my first sewing machine, a Hello Kitty Janome.

Just added more more more bookshelves to my office space to wrangle in all my vintage craft & sewing books. Love the tree bookshelf in this post.
