It’s time to see some more inspiring Craft Book Month 2013 projects!
Terri at Sew-Fantastic is sharing a cute zakka project from the book Patchwork Please! by Ayumi Takahashi (Interweave). On the boxy patchwork pouch, she says, “It gave me the warm feeling of piecing a quilt with instant gratification.” What’s not to love about that?
Check out more pics of Terri’s project at her blog!
Jennie from Clover & Violet is sharing a patchwork sleep sack from Anna Maria Horner’s book Handmade Beginnings: 24 Sewing Projects to Welcome Baby (Wiley). She’s got a new baby due in just a couple of months, and we can’t wait to see the action shots!
Read more about how Jennie adapted the scrappy trip along quilt pattern to make this project!

These are both great 🙂
There’s something so charming about the simplicity of the patchwork, turned into two wonderful projects.
